ServiceNow Product Owner

Role Overview

Product owner responsible for the overall operation, roadmap, development, and lifecycle management of ServiceNow; Customer Service and ITSM.  

 

Key Responsibilities

Product Ownership, Architecture & Technology

  • Own the ServiceNow product roadmap and lifecycle  

  • Define and prioritize features across modules, with main responsibility focus being CSM 

  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications  

  • Ensure platform architecture aligns with enterprise standards, ecurity and compliance requirements and integration strategy 

  • Govern configurations, technical debt and platform upgrades and releases 

  • Ensure usability, performance, and scalability of ServiceNow solutions 

Business engagement & solutions

  • Stakeholder engagement – act as a primary IT partner for business leaders (members of the EMEA architecture board and contact for BU Energy Solutions) 

  • Lead demand intake, prioritization, and backlog management for ServiceNow initiatives 

  • Ability to manage complex projects and coordinate with multiple stakeholders globally 

  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution 

  • Skilled in both advisory and technical implementation 

  • Collaborative mindset to work across departments and functions 

Profile

  • A degree in IT or relevant working experience in related area of business (4+ years) 

  • Driven, solution-oriented and pro-active work approach combined with a positive can do attitude 

  • Strong analytical ability, interpersonal & communication skills and attention to details 

  • Sound knowledge of support, project and process management  

  • Readiness for continuous further training and to keep up-to-date about the developments of products and programs 

  • Excellent written and verbal English 

  • Project management skills
