Senior SAP Business Application Manager (FI/CO)

As a Senior SAP Business Application Manager, you ensure the continuous improvement and stable operation of SAP applications while delivering business‑focused enhancements. The role includes analyzing complex business requirements, designing and implementing SAP solutions, and supporting system deployments and user enablement. In parallel, you will actively drive a greenfield S/4HANA implementation, playing a key role in the transition from the current environment to a new S/4HANA Finance landscape and shaping future processes and architecture.
This is a unique opportunity to shape and co‑create a new S/4 Finance & Controlling setup, with high business visibility and close collaboration with Finance stakeholders.
Your Future Responsibilities:
- Analyze and resolve highly complex issues related to SAP Finance & Controlling processes and transactions
- Identifying complex operational requirements and check the practicability within the standard functionality of the SAP systems
- Evaluate complex business requirements and validate feasibility
- Design and implement complex solutions and proposals for business and IT stakeholders
- Plan and support SAP system deployments, including test strategy, test preparation, and execution
- Instruct, train, and support SAP key users and end users
- Translate complex technical topics into clear business language
- Prepare and publish project documentation and status information
Our Expectations:

Strong hands-on experience with SAP Finance & Controlling, including ownership and customization of complex end-to-end processes

Proven ability to analyze complex business requirements and design solutions

Experience in SAP implementations or major transformations

Capability to act as a driver and trusted partner for business stakeholders, translating business needs into SAP solutions

Experience in deployment support, testing, and user enablement

Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills, comfortable working in dynamic environments

Very good social skills and motivation and drive for interesting projects and a strong sense of responsibility

Fluency in English
