Microsoft Cloud Engineer

We are looking for Microsoft Cloud Engineer who will ensure Microsoft cloud, identity, endpoint, and collaboration services are properly configured, maintained, secure, and aligned with business requirements. The role supports daily operations, migrations, technical changes, security improvements, and standardization across the Microsoft environment.
Your daily responsibilities:
- Operate, maintain, and improve Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and endpoint management services.
- Support Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Microsoft 365 Groups, and licensing topics.
- Administer Entra ID users, groups, roles, MFA, Conditional Access support, and identity-related configurations.
- Support Intune device management, compliance policies, configuration profiles, application deployment, and endpoint troubleshooting.
- Implement approved Microsoft cloud, identity, endpoint, and security configuration changes.
- Troubleshoot user, device, mailbox, access, MFA, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and endpoint-related issues.
- Support migrations, tenant changes, device transitions, user moves, and Microsoft service changes.
- Use PowerShell for administration, reporting, checks, and basic automation.
- Maintain documentation, runbooks, known-error records, and operational handover notes.
- Work with Infrastructure, Security, external providers, and business users to resolve technical issues.
- Escalate risks, recurring problems, misconfigurations, and service gaps to senior technical roles.
- Follow IT and security standards for change implementation and Microsoft service operations.
Our Expectations:
- Hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, groups, and licensing
- Experience supporting Entra ID, MFA, Conditional Access, identity troubleshooting, and user/device access issues
- Experience with Intune endpoint management, device enrollment, compliance policies, configuration profiles, and application deployment
- Experience troubleshooting Microsoft cloud, mailbox, access, endpoint, and collaboration service issues
- Experience supporting migrations, tenant changes, device transitions, user moves, and operational change activities
- Experience using PowerShell for Microsoft administration, reporting, automation, and troubleshooting
- Experience working with ticketing systems, change management, documentation, and operational support processes
- Experience working with Infrastructure, Security, external providers, and business users
- Basic understanding of security principles such as MFA, least privilege, device compliance, and secure access
