Role Overview

Product owner is responsible for the overall operation, roadmap, development, and lifecycle management of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Insights and related modules)

Key Responsibilities

Product Ownership, Architecture & Technology

• Own the product roadmap and lifecycle for Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Insights and possibly others) and integration with the Power Platform 
• Analyze business requirements, consult on possible solutions and translate into technical design
• Ensure solution architecture aligns with enterprise standards, security, data, and integration principles
• Hands on role: ensure high usability, performance, and data quality across CRM and Power Platform solutions
• Govern customizations, extensions, and technical debt within D365 and Power Apps

Business engagement & solutions

• Stakeholder engagement – act as a primary IT partner for business leaders (member of the EMEA architecture board and contact for BU Energy Solutions)
• Lead demand intake, prioritization, and backlog management for CRM and Power Apps initiatives
• Ability to manage complex projects and coordinate with multiple stakeholders globally
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution
• Skilled in both advisory and technical implementation
• Collaborative mindset to work across departments and functions

Profile

• Degree in IT,  and/or relevant working experience in related area of business (4+ years)
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Driven, solution-oriented and pro-active work approach combined with a positive can do attitude
• Strong analytical ability, interpersonal & communication skills and attention to details
• Sound knowledge of support, project and process management
• Readiness for continuous further training and to keep up-to-date about the developments of products and programs
• Excellent written and verbal English
• Project management skills
