We are seeking a Product Compliance & Certification Engineer who will play a crucial role in ensuring our innovative products meet regulatory requirements across diverse international markets. This is a unique opportunity to influence key compliance strategies and help define the future frameworks for a newly forming organisation.

As a Product Compliance & Certification Engineer, you will:

• Ensure our products meet applicable regulatory, safety, and certification requirements across EMEA and global markets
• Serve as a trusted subject‑matter expert, guiding engineering teams during product design and development
• Develop and execute compliance strategies for complex, safety‑critical utility products
• Lead certification processes with external labs, regulatory agencies, and notified bodies
• Support documentation, testing, approvals, and market access activities
• Contribute to the development of new processes, best practices, and governance frameworks as the EMEA organisation prepares for independence

Your expertise will directly support safe, compliant, and timely product releases—enabling utilities to modernise their infrastructure and accelerate the energy transition.
