As Software Development Process Manager, you will:
- Lead the development and continuous improvement of our Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Drive the adoption of Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and modern engineering practices across the organization
- Establish engineering standards, governance models, and quality frameworks
- Define and track key engineering performance metrics to drive measurable improvements
- Partner with development teams to streamline workflows and remove delivery bottlenecks
- Coach and mentor engineering managers, technical leads, and software developers
- Support the implementation and optimization of development tools, automation, and deployment pipelines
- Guide organizational change and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement
- Provide expert input on architecture, technical strategy, and technical debt management
- Contribute to hiring and developing top engineering talent
What We're Looking For:
You bring a combination of technical credibility, leadership experience, and a passion for continuous improvement.
Key qualifications include:
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, including senior technical leadership, engineering management, or principal engineering roles
- Proven experience driving software development transformation and implementing modern engineering practices
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, DevOps principles, CI/CD, and software quality practices
- Experience with modern development and delivery platforms such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or similar tools
- Understanding of cloud-native development, containerization, and technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
- A collaborative, hands-on approach with the ability to lead through expertise and example
