To strengthen our Finance team at our Cham site, we are looking for a committed and experienced Specialist Accounting & Controlling (100%), starting 1 August 2026 or by agreement.

In this role, you will support the Head of Finance Switzerland across all relevant finance topics. You will be responsible for month-end, quaterly-end and year-end closing activities, accounting, controlling and reporting tasks, as well as the maintenance of relevant finance systems, cost centers and cost coding. In addition, you will support budget and MTP processes, audits, ICS topics, and local and group-wide finance projects.

We are looking for a reliable and proactive person with solid experience in accounting, controlling and reporting. Knowledge of SAP, BW, Cognos or Power BI, as well as experience with IFRS, audit, ICS, treasury, tax and transfer pricing, would be an advantage.

You bring at least four years of relevant professional experience and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in finance, accounting or a related field. A structured way of working, a high level of ownership, strong communication skills in German and English and the ability to collaborate with local and international stakeholders are important for this role. Additionally, you ideally have an understanding of working with a shared service center.
